Khaitans exit Eveready; enter owners of Dabur

Two representatives of Eveready’s Khaitan family — chairman Aditya Khaitan and MD Amritanshu Khaitan — resigned from their respective posts on Thursday. The development comes three days after an open offer was made for the battery giant by the owners of Dabur India, the Burman family.
